OUR STORY

PuppetSoup is a puppetry company based near Abergavenny in Wales but are found most weeks to be touring or teaching in other locations!

Over the years PuppetSoup have toured internationally as individual puppeteers and artists as well as creating work with our own and with other companies.

Our recent work has included 'Fix Freddie!' which is a collaboration with The NHS, Connecting Care for Children and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Also, 'Land of the Dragon' is a new piece of Puppet Theatre based of Welsh stories and folklore that is premiering at Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2014.

Other works include puppeteering for the Award Winning 'Puppet Opera Triple Bill' by Third Hand, 'A Caixa' by Cia Mutia, research and development for and with many prominent puppetry artists and working alongside surgeons at St Mary's hospital.

We regularly collaborate and work with a variety of talented artists to create our own work and to help other people realise their creations.
